Welcome to the Wagner house. This home was designed in 1963 by one of the lower mainland's most notable architects Percy Underwood. He designed this house for him & his family, the design was brought to life in 1965 by the craftsman Einer Silberbauer. The home was purchased by Yvonne Wagner in 1967. She carefully & lovingly maintained this house, both inside & out. Now been placed on the West Vancouver heritage list, it's a true reflection of the West Coast living with many references to the romantic traditional architecture no longer seen in buildings today.
